Foam Wall-Covering Supply for Brick-Look Project Briefs
For a brick-look foam order, choose the actual brick pattern and the supplied construction together. Compare our 30 × 60 cm PVC/PE-XPE tile reference with the wider PET/IXPE/aluminium roll reference. The photos here illustrate stone-look constructions; use a brick-pattern sample to approve the appearance, then buy by the selected format and carton basis.
- Define the actual brick pattern
- Choose tile or roll construction
- Approve brick scale and joining result
- Calculate the selected carton basis
- Quote the identified design and format
Choose Between a Small Tile and a Longer Roll
Relia Wallpaper’s small tile is 30 × 60cm at 2.5mm, with PVC, PE/XPE foam and backing-paper descriptions. The longer roll lists PET, IXPE and aluminium in 60cm or 120cm × 300cm formats, also 2.5mm. Choose the construction and material grid, then approve the actual brick artwork. The supplied dimensions do not define printed brick length or course height.

Set the Brick Scale and Joint Appearance
Define brick length, course height, joint width, colour and the intended bond appearance on an actual pattern reference. Decide where full bricks should be prominent and how the design continues across adjacent material. A generic brick label cannot settle whether an adjoining edge looks convincing.
For sample evaluation, place the selected pieces or lengths side by side and inspect a complete course at the intended viewing distance. Record the approved pattern direction and visible joint arrangement. Do not derive the printed brick count from the 30 × 60 cm tile size; one material piece can contain a different number of visual units depending on the chosen artwork.
Compare the Composite Materials Behind the Face
Retain each construction’s own material names. The tile’s PVC, PE/XPE and backing-paper descriptions differ from the roll’s PET, IXPE and aluminium. Both list self-adhesive, waterproof, moisture-proof, mould-proof and ordinary fireproof functions for decorative interiors. Request the exact selected construction where layer sequence matters, with any required rated class kept as a separate evidence field.

Review the Roll Surface Before Choosing Its Design
The pictured longer-roll reference is a white, blue and gold stone-look design. It explains the supplied format and surface appearance, not the brick design you intend to order. Obtain an opened brick-pattern area and adjoining sample in the selected width, then review scale, courses and material boundaries together before approving its cutting and joining plan.

Plan Edges and Openings with the Selected Sample
Map the selected brick pattern around corners, openings and final edges. Mark where partial bricks are acceptable and where a full visual course matters. Trial the chosen self-adhesive construction using its instructions and retain the face, join and exposed-edge result.
Industry foam manufacture and facing lamination are separate stages. Foam, face, other named layers and converted format belong together in the order definition. Similar brick artwork does not make PE/XPE descriptions interchangeable with an IXPE composite or establish a supplied layer sequence.
- Industry distinction: foam manufacture
- Combine the specified facing and other layers
- Convert into the selected tile or roll
- Approve the actual brick design on that construction
The wall plan still identifies openings, printed courses, material joins, exposed edges and the selected-surface trial; brick dimensions come from the actual artwork.
Calculate the Tile Carton Starting Quantity
For tile 19037, the minimum is five cartons with 240 pieces per carton: 1,200 pieces. Each 30 × 60 cm piece contains 0.18 m², giving 216 m² nominal material at the published minimum. This is a complete purchasing basis for the stated tile format, before layout loss.
For an illustrative 90 m² requirement by area alone, 500 tiles would be the initial material count and three 240-piece cartons would contain 720 pieces. The published five-carton minimum still governs the opening purchase unless different terms are agreed. Do not describe that minimum surplus as an automatic installation allowance.
Read the Flexible Face and Edge Together
Inspect the selected tile face and flexible edge together, matching its approved design to the actual option label 1–4. Check dimensions and edge condition, keeping the tile’s backing-paper and adhesive information with that reference. Obtain any specific liner, adhesive or removal requirement separately. Its one-year warranty and online technical support apply to the identified decorative tile.

Resolve the Roll Packing Against Its Width
For the roll, obtain the packing count paired with your selected width. The description gives a five-carton minimum and 10–12 pieces per carton, but does not pair count with format. Five cartons would contain 50 units at ten each or 60 at twelve. A 60 × 300cm unit has 1.8m² nominal area and a 120 × 300cm unit 3.6m²; calculate order coverage only after that correspondence is quoted.

Request a Design-Specific Foam Supply Offer
Send the approved brick artwork or sample, desired brick scale and joints, chosen tile or roll construction, metric format and requested carton quantity. For the roll, require the selected-width carton count in the reply; for the tile, state the 240-piece carton basis with the chosen design.
Relia Wallpaper is a China-based factory business you can approach with this defined foam-wall request. Add the destination, actual wall surface, sample and document requirements. The purchase should identify a brick appearance and a real supplied composite, while keeping the construction images and any unapproved pattern proposal clearly separate.
Send the Brick Design and Carton Brief
Send the approved brick artwork or sample with its scale and joint appearance, then identify the tile or roll construction and cartons required. Include destination, wall surface and the selected-width carton contents needed in the reply so the order has a clear design and unit basis.
