Custom-Printed Wallpaper Sourcing from a China Factory

For original floral or geometric PVC wallpaper, choose a real base and define the repeat at its intended scale. Our 45cm × 10m damask and butterfly references state product-level OEM/ODM acceptance or availability, with 30-roll standard terms. Send the original artwork and adjoining-strip preview, then assess a physical printed proof and custom quantities against that selected material.

Start with an Identifiable Wallpaper Base

At Relia Wallpaper, choose one existing PVC base for the original print. The removable damask reference is 45cm × 10m, 0.1mm thick, with OEM/ODM acceptable. The butterfly reference is also 45cm × 10m, with OEM/ODM available, but no thickness stated here. Both list 30-roll standard minima and cartons. Damask uses Multi; butterfly uses choices 1 and 2. Custom artwork and its order terms need their own assessment.

Describe the Artwork at Its Intended Scale

Supply the original artwork with a complete repeat tile at the intended printed width and height. Mark the top edge, roll direction and important motifs. Add neighbouring repeats so a large flower or geometric line can be checked at the boundaries. Include reproduction permission and the file revision; an inspiration screenshot alone does not define the printable design, physical scale or ownership.

Keep the Existing Finish as a Material Reference

Use the existing damask sample to select the PVC surface and removable peel-and-stick route, with its waterproof, moisture-proof and mould-proof descriptions. It is a material reference, not the colour proof for your new artwork. If you choose the butterfly base, obtain its gauge where needed rather than copying damask’s 0.1mm. Keep the chosen base stable while approving the printed result.

Choose the Custom Route That Matches the Order

Choose the scope of the custom order explicitly. Printing original artwork on an existing base is different from selling an existing design under a new brand, and both differ from changing the base material or adhesive. This page focuses on the first route. Add brand packaging only as a separate request if needed. A floral or geometric repeat should also remain distinct from a full-wall foam mural: the known references are 45cm-wide PVC rolls. A single focal picture stretched across a wall needs an image-layout discussion rather than being treated automatically as an ordinary repeating roll design.

Review the Printed Result on the Selected Surface

Check at least two adjoining 45cm strips at the intended scale. An illustrative 15cm cross-width repeat fits three times into 45cm mathematically, before usable-edge and matching decisions. A 55cm-wide flower cannot fit wholly inside one 45cm strip at that size; it must cross a join, move or be resized with approval. Keep important motif intersections visible in the preview and physical sample rather than cropping away the edges.

Separate Standard Minimums from Custom Quantities

Use the 30-roll figure as a standard-product reference, then request the actual terms for the original print. A proposed order of two colourways at 60 rolls each would total 120 rolls, or 540m² of nominal material at 45cm × 10m. Those are illustrative quantities, not accepted custom minimums or a shared colour threshold. Ask the offer to identify print sampling, any artwork preparation, roll quantities per colourway, packing and price scope. Keep original artwork changes distinct from changes in the number of standard catalogue rolls being purchased.

Connect the Pattern to the Intended Room

Use a room preview to judge motif density, then assess colour, sheen and detail on a physical printed proof of the chosen PVC. For flowers, compare stems, gradients and petals; for geometry, compare line edges, flat colours and meeting shapes. Review these at their intended size. Supply a physical colour reference where matching matters, and use agreed viewing conditions for the comparison.

Approve One Clear Custom Specification

Keep one specification linking the base, agreed gauge, roll dimensions, repeat, colourway, artwork revision and physical proof. Record the adjoining-strip match and accepted changes in motif size or position. A new file revision needs the affected proof checked again, not just a new attachment.

Print preparation sets image scale, repeat and the roll-edge relationship. A layout preview settles composition; a physical proof includes the selected surface’s colour response. Retain both with the accepted version. This describes the proposed purchasing controls without assuming a printing technology, turnaround or in-house production route.

  1. Select and retain the actual PVC base
  2. Freeze repeat and adjoining-strip layout
  3. Assess physical printed colour/detail proof
  4. Bind file revision, colourway and roll format
  5. Approve quantity-specific offer and receipt reference

Original artwork → final-size repeat layout → physical proof on selected PVC → identified bulk-order version.

Send an Artwork-Led Wallpaper Enquiry

Send the RFQ with the chosen PVC base, original artwork, physical repeat dimensions, adjoining-strip preview and planned rolls per colourway. State the intended wall use and any essential colour or motif requirement. Ask for a product-specific assessment of feasibility, proof scope, quantity conditions, packing and delivery terms before bulk commitment. We can then address a defined original-print proposal. Your team has a clear path from artwork to an accepted roll specification, while keeping the original design, printed sample and commercial quantity linked to the same version.
