Set One Visual Benchmark for Both Channels
Define what must remain the same across the two formats: artwork, motif scale, dominant colour, sheen, embossing and visible joining result. Use a physical reference and a full-pattern image, not a resized catalogue thumbnail alone.
As an illustrative scale check, mark a recognizable feature measuring 100 mm on the approved reference. Measure that same feature on both proposed samples. If the retail version shrinks it to fit a narrower width, it is a changed scale, even if the thumbnail looks similar. The buyer can accept a deliberate scale change, but it should be recorded as a variant rather than described as an exact match.
Compare Construction Alongside the Roll Dimensions
The existing long and short references have different thickness specifications: 0.20–0.30 mm for 18233, and 0.1 mm for the short-roll examples. Even with matched artwork, the physical finish should be evaluated separately. A shared PVC label does not make thickness, embossing or adhesive application identical.
At the listed widths, the long roll is about 2.71 times as wide as a 45 cm strip. That ratio is a dimension comparison, not a reason to enlarge or shrink the artwork. Agree how the design repeats across each width before calling the two versions one coordinated supply series.

The black-and-gold marble-look short roll is a separate 45cm × 10m PVC product, listed at 0.1mm, with a 30-roll minimum and 30 rolls per carton. It demonstrates a retail format, not a verified match to the wide-roll artwork. If your design differs, supply its reference and request the proposed matching route alongside the consumer presentation and installation information.
Two Channel Orders with Separate Quantities
Quote the two channels as separate order lines. An illustrative request might ask for two 1.22 m × 50 m rolls for the contractor format and 30 rolls of the required 45 cm × 10 m retail format. At the stated dimensions, those are 122 m² and 135 m² of nominal material respectively, before installation losses.
The existing products support those units, but a matched-design request may have its own terms. Ask for the quoted minimum, packing and design scope on each resulting line. The long product's carton contents are not listed; the short reference's 30-roll carton cannot be copied across.
