Prepare a Covering RFQ and Order Schedule

Send one line for each product and design: actual link, complete format and quantity in rolls or pieces. Add destination, application and any sample or custom request.

Keep the product minimum, carton count and layout calculation as separate fields. This gives Relia a defined quotation request and your team an offer it can compare or revise.

Build a Line Item That Can Be Quoted

For the Brown PVC wallpaper, identify the actual product and design, 0.45 × 10m format, 0.1mm listed thickness, 30 rolls and standard plastic-film packing. Keep those fields beside the quotation's price unit.

Add destination and sample needs separately. Freight, delivery terms and any changed format or packing belong in the actual offer so the standard product and requested service remain clear.

Read Minimums at the Model or Design Level

The matte-black 50 cm PVC panel lists 50 pieces per model. The frosted/reeded static-cling film lists one roll per model. The foam grille lists five cartons, equal to 120 rolls per design. If you want several designs, put a quantity beside each one and identify any requested mixing arrangement. An order total by itself does not establish that every design meets its own stated condition.

Keep Cartons and Rolls on Separate Lines

For the foam grille, five cartons = 120 rolls implies 24 rolls per carton for that reference. An illustrative 240-roll request of one design therefore corresponds to ten such cartons.

Brown wallpaper lists a 30-roll minimum and plastic-film packing without that carton count. Obtain its actual packing arrangement on its own line.

Use Coverage to Plan and Units to Order

Measured area is a layout input. Rolls or pieces remain the supply units. The 60 cm floor square lists 28 pieces per carton: 28 × 0.6 × 0.6 = 10.08 m² gross. For an illustrative requirement of 56 whole pieces after your layout, two listed cartons supply 56 pieces. Keep any cut allowance and reserve in the layout worksheet rather than calling gross carton area guaranteed installed coverage.

State Mixed Designs and Custom Changes Explicitly

List each design with its own quantity and requested grouping: separate cartons, proposed mixed cartons or another retail unit. For a change, place the base product beside the new size, artwork or label version.

New artwork needs print preparation and a reference; changed dimensions affect cutting and format planning; a sleeve needs packing artwork. Ask the Relia offer to address the relevant setup, sample, quantity and packing conditions for that specific scope.

  1. Separate lines

Product, design and quantity for every item.

  2. Mixing request

State any proposed mixed-design or mixed-carton arrangement.

  3. Custom changes

Attach size, artwork or packing requirements to the correct line.

Choose the Glass-Film Width With the Pane Schedule

For glass film, attach pane widths and heights to the selected mounting type, design and supplied width. This static-cling reference describes 60, 90, 120 and 152cm widths with 50m length.

Mark orientation and permitted joins on the pane schedule. Compare full cuts with the chosen width before accepting a quantity based only on gross glass area.

Give Destination and Timing as Planning Inputs

Include the country, city and relevant postcode, port or delivery point. State the required date and what it refers to, such as site installation or a retail launch. Request the proposed production and delivery arrangement for the chosen quantity, including the allocation of freight, import charges and destination responsibilities. Keep your target date separate from the timing later agreed in the quotation.

Planning inputWhy it matters
DestinationIdentifies the delivery discussion and import context
Required dateMakes the project or launch priority visible
Approval needsShows sample/artwork steps before supply
Delivery arrangementDefines responsibilities in the quoted order

Keep the Finish Reference With the Quotation

Keep the actual product link, design, complete format and sample or artwork approval with the quotation. For a repeat purchase, include the previous reference and identify what changes.

Use that version record when comparing the new offer so a prior appearance approval is not applied to a revised gauge, material or design.

Compare the Complete Quoted Scope

Before approving an order, match every quoted line to the product and requested design. Review dimensions, quantity units, per-design minimums, carton details, price basis, payment and delivery responsibilities. Keep sample approvals and required documents attached to that line. Ask for unresolved differences to be addressed while the specification can still be clarified. Your order documents then become the common reference for supply and receiving.

  1. Identity

    Exact product, design and version.

  2. Quantity

Supply unit, minimum scope and packing.

  3. Conditions

Price basis, payment and delivery allocation.

  4. Acceptance

Agreed sample, evidence and receiving checks.
