Source Large Marble-Look Self-Adhesive Floor Squares

Choose a 60cm marble-look square when a larger floor module suits the room’s joint plan. Our pale, grey/golden and textured PVC references use 28-piece cartons, each representing 10.08m² of nominal material. Compare the actual constructions and samples, then count the layout; the textured PVC product has its own 200m² minimum, while the other two need separate quantity terms.

A Defined 60cm Format for the Shortlist

Relia Wallpaper can discuss these60cm floor squares against your layout and import quantity. The pale and grey/golden references list WPC/PVC, about1.5mm thickness and28 pieces per carton. The textured removable option lists PVC,1.5mm thickness,28 pieces per carton and a200m² minimum.

Keep the actual marble image and construction with each sample. Shared face dimensions do not make the products or batches interchangeable.

Plan the Joints from the Complete Room

Large squares reduce the number of modules in an ideal rectangular grid, but boundaries still govern the visible result. An illustrative 6m × 3m floor fits ten 60cm squares by five squares, or 50 pieces, before allowances. A hypothetical 30cm grid in the same rectangle would need 200 pieces; that comparison explains module count only and is not another product offer. Move the starting lines if the actual room would create narrow strips at a doorway. Fewer field joints are useful only when edge cuts and the marble composition remain acceptable.

Choose the Marble Appearance You Intend to Import

Set out several faces together before choosing the marble design. Check vein direction and the pattern at neighbouring edges. The pale and grey/golden references may suit different interiors despite matching dimensions. A marble name does not promise continuous or book-matched veining; approve the actual multi-piece arrangement if that appearance matters.

Turn the Carton Quantity into a Nominal Area

Each 60cm square has a nominal area of 0.36m². At 28 pieces, a carton contains 10.08m² of material before cutting. The illustrative 50-piece rectangular grid would require two complete cartons, giving 56 pieces or 20.16m² nominally, before any additional project reserve. Six pieces would remain beyond that exact grid if every planned piece were usable. This makes the surplus visible without calling it a universal waste allowance. For a real room, update the drawing for cuts, rejected pieces and any spare quantity the buyer elects to retain.

A Textured PVC Option with a Separate Order Basis

The textured PVC option is embossed and removable, with anti-scratch, waterproof and mould-proof descriptions. Compare its surface with the WPC/PVC samples under the same light. Texture is a visible feature, not a measured slip or wear class. Coordinate the nominal1.5mm square with the prepared base, doorway and transition levels.

Keep Minimum Order and Packing on Separate Lines

The 200m² minimum belongs to the textured PVC reference. If that order is supplied only in complete 28-piece cartons, nineteen cartons represent 191.52m² and twenty represent 201.60m². Twenty would therefore be the first complete-carton quantity above 200m²; the quotation must establish the accepted order rounding. The pale and grey/golden references do not state a minimum in these records. Ask their terms separately instead of copying 200m² across all 60cm squares. Packing tells you how to count cartons; the minimum tells you whether the purchase quantity is commercially acceptable.

Connect the Selected Square to the Prepared Floor

Describe the actual base, moisture condition, stability and flatness. A ridge or loose finish can prevent good adhesive contact and edge seating. Obtain the chosen product’s preparation instructions. Measure several sample faces and compare thickness, flatness and edges by an agreed method; the rounded catalogue size is not a manufacturing tolerance.

Compare the Actual Faces Before Committing the Quantity

Before distributing cartons, check their count, labels and outer condition. Compare representative squares together against the approved marble sample for visible appearance, size, edges and damage. Keep supplied batch markings with the intended continuous area. Record a difference while the affected cartons and unused material can still be identified.

Send a Product-Specific Floor-Square Enquiry

Your import RFQ should name the selected marble reference, actual finish, material and 60cm format, then separate installed area, cut-plan piece count, spare pieces and proposed carton quantity. Include the floor conditions and any measured performance requirement that affects acceptance. Ask for the applicable minimum, carton contents, shipment dimensions and quotation-specific delivery terms. For the textured option, show how the 200m² minimum interacts with complete-carton rounding. This produces a comparable offer rather than three prices attached to an unspecified marble floor tile.
