Plan Wall-Covering Supply for a Multi-Store Rollout

For a multi-store rollout, start with one store-by-product schedule and an agreed receiving route. Our wallpaper, 50cm PVC panel and 60 × 300cm foam-grille references use different roll, piece and carton units. Reconcile branch needs, reserve and rounding first, then compare standard central receipt with any separately requested sorting, labels or branch packing.

Keep the Chosen Wallpaper Design with Each Branch Line

Link the damask Multi sample and agreed direction to every branch needing it. Calculate each store from its own wall cut plan. In this illustration, stores A, B and C need 8, 11 and 7 rolls: 26 altogether. One 30-roll standard carton leaves four rolls centrally. Decide their allocation explicitly rather than hiding them in a general allowance.

Choose a Central Receipt or a Requested Branch-Pack Route

Choose how the material will be received. Standard cartons at one central point leave the buyer to split and forward them. A branch-pack request asks the supplier to sort the approved products before dispatch; it may require opened cartons, replacement protection and labels. Obtain that service scope and cost separately. Neither route establishes a local warehouse or delivery responsibility until the offer defines it.

Separate Net Need, Spare Material and Carton Rounding

Reconcile net need, reserve and carton rounding separately. For example, the 26 wallpaper rolls could be assigned to stores, three additional rolls could be designated as a central reserve, and one roll could remain as packing surplus from the 30-roll carton. The resulting 30 is a purchasing quantity, not a universal waste percentage. Build equivalent lines for each product after its branch cut plans are complete. A useful schedule lets the sum of branch allocations plus named central balances equal the final order, so no material disappears inside a generic allowance column.

Keep Panel Layout Separate from Roll Allocation

Keep the panel schedule separate from the wallpaper calculation. An illustrative 17, 21 and 12 panels totals 50, numerically one standard carton. The actual cut and reserve decisions must already be included in the branch needs. Retain the black geometric design and relief direction. Leftover wallpaper area cannot replace panels, and a different panel design needs its own approval.

Define the Contents of Any Requested Branch Pack

Describe each requested branch pack by branch, product, selected design, roll or piece count and any named spares. Give the pack its own identifier without treating it as a manufacturer model. If standard cartons must be opened, request suitable protection and retained product identification.

A product reference identifies the covering; a pack reference identifies that group of contents. Link both to the branch schedule so the receiver can reconcile every pack. This is the requested packing arrangement, not an established supplier fulfilment service.

Retain the Grille Roll as a Distinct Product Line

The foam grille remains a separate line at 120 rolls per design in five standard cartons. A hypothetical allocation of 40, 45 and 35 rolls reaches 120, but does not establish ready-made cartons for those three branches. Keep the selected catalogue wood image with the line. Choose central receipt or request a separately assessed branch-pack arrangement for those unequal quantities.

Quote Allocation Work and Delivery Points Explicitly

Price allocation work separately from the products. A comparable offer distinguishes standard packing, carton opening, sorting, new packaging, labels and any additional handling or dispatch points. Add the addresses and quantities for the requested receiving route rather than asking for one vague delivered price. Ask who checks quantities at the central or branch handover and how a shortage or damaged pack will be documented. The actual transport scope and responsibilities belong in the accepted quotation; do not infer them from a product warranty or from the existence of online technical support.

Approve One Reconciled Material Schedule

Approve one reconciled material schedule with branch sheets derived from it. Freeze the product references, branch quantities, central reserve, packing surplus and proposed pack contents under one revision. Ask the supplier to identify which allocation services and costs are accepted, then keep that answer with the order. If a branch changes its quantity, update both the branch sheet and total before packing instructions are released. Send the RFQ with this schedule and the selected samples, so the offer addresses a measurable rollout task rather than an undefined request for multi-store delivery.

  1. Approve each branch cut-plan quantity
  2. Reconcile totals, reserves and rounding
  3. Select central or proposed branch-pack route
  4. Accept services, costs and pack contents
  5. Freeze one schedule revision

Send One Reconciled Store Schedule

Share the selected product links and store-by-product quantities, including central reserve and carton surplus. State whether delivery is to one receiving point or several, and identify any requested branch packs so the quotation can separate products, allocation work and transport scope.
