Covering Specifications and Order Units
Keep design, material, complete size and order unit on the same quotation line. Width × length gives supplied roll area; whole drops and cuts determine the useful wall coverage. A panel's stated thickness and complete relief profile also need separate labels.
Use Relia's product dimensions and the worked calculations below to translate the layout into identifiable rolls, pieces and cartons.
Use One Unit System for Each Calculation
Convert dimensions to metres before multiplying. Brown wallpaper at 45cm × 10m gives 0.45 × 10 = 4.5m² nominal per roll. A 60 × 60cm floor square gives 0.6 × 0.6 = 0.36m² per piece.
Keep those supply-unit calculations beside the layout worksheet. Add trimming, pattern matching and spares there so the quoted area and the actual cutting basis remain visible.

These are material areas; installed yields depend on layout and trimming.
Measure Roll Yield in Complete Drops
For an illustrative 4.5 m-wide, 2.4 m-high wall with 0.45 m-wide wallpaper, 10 full-width drops cover the width. If each cut drop is 2.5 m, including an assumed 0.1 m combined trim allowance, a 10 m roll yields four drops: 10 ÷ 2.5 = 4. The layout therefore starts at three rolls before any extra pattern-match allowance. A simple wall-area division would miss the need for whole drops.

4.5 ÷ 0.45 = 10 drops.
- Drops per roll
10 ÷ 2.5 = 4 full drops, using the stated example allowance.
- Starting count
10 ÷ 4 rounds up to 3 rolls before extra matching or reserve.
Separate Material Gauge From Relief Depth
The textured geometric PVC panel explicitly lists 1mm material thickness and 1.2–1.5kg/m² areal mass. The matte-black panel instead lists 0.8mm thickness. Keep each label with its own product; obtain the measurement scope and full profile needed at trims or junctions.
Physical texture and the measured cross-section describe different aspects of a formed surface. State whether the required dimension is sheet thickness, complete profile or highest projection, and retain the measurement position with the reference.
Keep Carton Counts With the Right Product
The 60 cm floor square lists 28 pieces per carton, giving 28 × 0.36 = 10.08 m² gross. The 91.4 × 15.2 cm floor plank lists 72 pieces per carton, giving approximately 10.003 m² gross. Similar carton area does not make these the same format or layout yield. Keep the count, design and piece dimensions on the packing line.

Read the Minimum and Its Design Scope
Retain both the unit and its design scope. Static-cling film lists one roll per model; matte-black panels list 50 pieces per model; grille rolls list five cartons = 120 rolls per design.
The grille statement implies 24 rolls per carton for that reference. Use that arithmetic only for the named product and obtain any mixed-design arrangement in the actual offer.

Record Construction Beside the Decorative Name
Carry the construction beside the decorative name: the grille combines vinyl and PE foam, the rose mural combines IXPE foam and a PET surface, Brown wallpaper is PVC and the kitchen reference is vinyl.
A request for thickness, adhesive or a sample can then refer to the actual product construction rather than only a wood or marble appearance.
Choose the Actual Option Combination
A list of widths, designs and thicknesses is not proof that every combination is supplied. The reeded adhesive PET film lists 1.52 × 50 m and separate 0.10/0.12 mm thickness references, with numbered selections. The floor plank lists 1.5/2 mm descriptions and Multi plus 1–13 design labels. Use one complete option line in the request so the proposed design and gauge are matched together.

Keep Glass Width and Cut Orientation Together
The static-cling reference describes widths of 60, 90, 120 and 152cm with 50m length. Record each pane's width, height, pattern direction and any permitted join beside the chosen supplied width.
Calculate full pane cuts from that schedule before converting the total glass area into rolls. A large nominal area cannot supply a one-piece pane cut wider than the accepted usable roll width.
Use a Complete Quotation Line
A usable specification line includes the exact product and design, material, width × length or piece footprint, the selected thickness description, quantity and unit. Add packing, application and any requested change as separate fields. Keep a calculation worksheet with its assumptions rather than replacing the order quantity with one unexplained area number. This is the common basis for sample review, quotation and receiving checks.
