Choose the Receiving Face for the Seasonal Material
Three constructions lead to different changeovers: apply the seasonal covering to the existing wall, to a retained decorative finish, or to a separately planned display face. Name the actual surface in the RFQ. An existing coating, a vinyl film face and a board finish do not provide the same bond or removal conditions.
If the retained finish must remain untouched, ask your local team to assess a separate display face and its fixing. This is a construction choice to design, not an included removable-board system. The buying objective is to protect the retained zone through a clear material boundary.

A Complete Floral Graphic Has Fixed Artwork Boundaries

If the image does not fit, change the opening, choose another design or request a separately assessed artwork format. Include any edge return outside the visible opening in the cut plan. The panel or display frame should not silently determine an unacceptable crop after materials arrive.
Buy the Retained Film for Its Actual Grain
The retained wood-grain film is self-adhesive PVC, 1.22 × 50m with 0.29mm listed thickness and embossed wood-colour design. It is waterproof, moisture-proof and mould-proof, with an eco-friendly description.
Approve its grain beside retained fixtures. Set joints and direction so the background reads as a complete design even when the seasonal image is absent, using the actual selected pattern and cut drawing.
The Seasonal Assortment Is Constrained by Each Minimum
The base film starts at one roll. The mural starts at five cartons per design, with murals per carton unstated. The black panel starts at 50 pieces and is packed 50 per carton. More seasonal designs therefore mean more separate artwork minimums unless the actual offer states another arrangement.
For example, two mural designs require at least ten cartons across those two lines. Do not translate that into store sets before receiving the carton contents and the allocation for each store. A seasonal launch may be visually local, but the purchasing scale is determined by the design minimum.

A Changeover Trial Tests the Actual Interface
Apply the seasonal covering to a sample of the actual receiving face using the proposed instructions. After the agreed trial conditions, remove it by the selected method and inspect adhesive residue, coating lift and the preparation needed for the next graphic.
The covering, adhesive and receiving finish form the changeover interface. Keep the removed piece and exposed base in the trial record; initial grip alone cannot show which layer will separate later. Revise the construction if the result damages a finish that must remain.
